A testing Tuesday

It was another tough Dakar day for Kris Meeke, his buggy stopping 20 km from the end of Stage 3. The 403 km test also caused problems for Carlos Sainz and Yazeed Al-Rajhi as Nasser Al-Attiyah sealed his second stage win in a row.

"Snowball effect"

Meeke had lost almost three hours when he stopped in the stage's final section. "A simple issue on Stage 1 is having a snowball effect," tweeted Meeke. "Let’s get back and see if we can get everything resolved. We will not give up!"
